Hard to say: This is an advanced treatment for significant reflux and stomach issues that I never used for a 4 mo infant. When and if used it should be under the supervision of a pediatric gastroenterologist. There are a multitude of other medications and treatment approaches to whatever condition this 4 mo faces that would be used long before this would ever be considered appropriate.

Not very safe: If your baby is having diarrhea, more conservative treatment with elctrolyte replacement and a temporary diet modification in avoiding dairy products and juices would be preferable in this age group. If no improvent in 7-10 days, then get him examined by your child's pediatrician for stool testing as indicated and applicable treatment. Good luck!

had uterine suspension in 2013. had a baby in 2016, had lots of pain when baby grew. had ablation in 2014. on and off spotting and pain often. sitting up from laying down is painful or just  shifting

"Shifty" uterus: The uterus is held by 3 sets of ligaments(guide wires) in place to restrict movement and allow the uterus to "float" in space. The uterine suspension guide  wire" (ligament suspension) "tightening" was probably "destroyed" by the weight of the subsequent 2016 pregnant uterus. Therefore, a "shifty" uterus with pain. See a GYN MD for assessment and maybe another suspension

Not a problem: Other than some diarrhea and possibly an upset stomach, this is not going to be harmful and there is no antidote needed for an Amoxicillin overdose. They will be fine, but i wouldn't want to be the one changing diapers the next few days!

: I think the chance of this being a problem approaches zero, but is not zero. When you get ready to try for a kid, the average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of weeks to a year. If not successful at the one year mark you can both get tested for anything interfering with the process.

Missing info: Hard numbers (per hour/per day/etc)are easier to interpret than "very frequently". Stool consistency is also important. That said sometimes the simple things work. Applesauce, fresh bananas, rice and breads will often slow a kid.
