Sensations in back: There are many possibilities.  It sounds as if your nerves in that area are being irritated somewhere along the pathway of the nerves to the spinal cord and then to the brain.  Best to call your doctory for a examination to determine the cause.  It may be something that can be easily treated with proper care.

If there is radiation of pain toward the groin, a kidney stone may be the cause. Any urinary symptoms? If it's a musculoskeletal discomfort, apply ice, and take an anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve. If symptoms persist see your physician or an orthopedic specialist.

Probably normal: These are because of blood rushing to you skin when temperature rises. If this normal for you then you should not worry. If it is new it may be related to some endocine, metabolic or weight  problem.

can old lcd,led and plasma tv,s cause radiation when sitting far away from it. when it is turned off and if i go near to it. as i went near to change the volume and i felt a warm feeling on my dressing gown?

NO,....: The TV's have minimal to no discernable radiation. The feeling you felt may have been simple heat that all TV's (especially the older models) generate for their simple internal electronics.  You should be fine watching tv.  Best wishes.
