Can old lcd,led and plasma tv,s cause radiation when sitting far away from it. when it is turned off and if i go near to it. as i went near to change the volume and i felt a warm feeling on my dressing gown?

NO,....: The TV's have minimal to no discernable radiation. The feeling you felt may have been simple heat that all TV's (especially the older models) generate for their simple internal electronics. You should be fine watching tv. Best wishes.
