Think Cortisol: Once ur pcp has ruled out the zebras (those serious but rare medical conditions that could be causing ur symptoms) consider testing for cortisol (saliva) and brain chemicals (neurotransmitters ((urine))).  

Based on test results, more specific lifestyle (diet, sleep, activity, etc.) and natural approaches can be customized.  

General measures include cleansing and modified elimination diet.

i have mild sleep apnea, ahi 8, my oxygen drops to 84% at times. i had persistent bp of 130s/80s but not sure if i made the right decision to take bp med because now i feel more drunk and foggy when i wake up. brain needs higher bp if oxygen is low?

: These conditions are related, and hypertension is more common in patients with OSA.  Keep nasal passages clear with nasal saline and nasal strips which are often helpful. The medication dosage and side effects should be discussed with your PCP and additional advice is also available with HTMG. Watch for signs and symptoms of Diabetes and maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Lots of things: Intoxication is a continuum, from very mild feelings of euphoria with low alcohol levels, to lots of euphoria and disinhibition with moderate levels, to slurred speech, impaired gait, judgement, reflex times etc. Etc. With higher than moderate levels.  People who drink regularly get tolerance, and need more and more alcohol to produce the same feelings.  Depends on how fast, how much, what kind...

See your doctor: You don't say what you mean by "feeling drunk" but if you are talking about being dizzy, lightheaded or uncoordinated, there could be a neurological problem or a problem with your middle and inner ear. You need to express your concerns to a primary care provider and see if they can come up with an answer for you. You may be on other medications which can cause these effects as well.
