Others only need to use lotion once a day. It varies by race and is influenced by genetics, environment, culture, and diet

Increase the humidity in the house. Dryness means lack of water; therefore hydrate it. And don't bathe or shower  in water that is too hot.

A low dose OTC steroid cream can be applied.Symptoms worsened by dry skin: use good quality moisturizer during daytime.Consider repair glycolic acid creams at night, maybe with cotton gloves

DryWinter skin: Avoid lengthy showers w hot water (warm is better). Oil-based moisturizers hydrate skin. Moisturize skin often. Hydrate well – especially w water. Eat a nutritious diet.  Use gentle soaps or cleansers that are unscented &amp; hypoallergenic. Avoid deodorant soaps or other harsh soaps.  Remember that you don’t have to wash entire body w soap every day. Yeast most likely: Usually the redness with the white surrounding is probably a yeast infection and that is treated by cream that can be usually bought here in the US but not sure about there in the country you are in. You can see if you can get Monistat, Gynelotrimin, nystatin, or Lamisil over the counter and clean the belly button with some vinegar and water then dry and rub the cream into the area 3 xs daily.

Hard to say: Theoretically no and having an allergy is low probability ( to the device).  On the other hand they are closely related in time.  Use an oil based lube and remove the ring dutring intercourse only, see if that helps.
