Not usually: Botulinum toxins are used to temporarily relax muscles-particularly the ones that cause eye and face twitches; neck spasm; TMJ & even migraine headaches, plus cosmetic uses for facial, neck and chest muscles and excess sweating of the armpits, hands and feet.  Btx has been used off-label for relaxing the anal sphincter for patients with spasm from hemorrhoids and fissures though.

Worrisome: Hello, 
these symptoms don't really add up.  However, any time you have severe pain, it is best to go to a clinic and get a complete female exam.
The symptoms may not be related to each other, but severe pain requires a prompt exam, including bacterial cultures and maybe even an ultrasound picture.

Vulvodynia: The compression of the nerves roots s-2-s3 and s4 which form the pudental nerve produce vulvodynia [pain in the vulva].

gave birth 10w assisted by forceps. 2nd degree tear episiotomy. mirena (levonorgestrel) inserted 5w ago and polyp removed 1 week ago. no infections but vulvar pain?

Not sure of question: Vulvar pain from trauma (tear, episiotomy, other causes) can sometimes take a while to resolve. Some times they persist and become chronic leading to a condition called vulvodynia and may need special treatment by your doctor. It may be due to neuropathic pain from abnormal neural activity, due to nerve injury, that persist despite no ongoig disease or acute injury.

hsv2 positive 5+ years, never had outbreak but have constant vulvar pain, intense burning, occasional itching and localized right hip pain. could this be outbreaks without lesions/ulcers?

Possibly: We know that people without symptoms or eruptions can still shed &amp; transmit herpes virus which lies in nerve roots. I assume herpes virus in nerve roots in lower vertebrae could cause neuropathic pain in your case. A neurologist would be best to answer your question, however.

had type spec hsv1&2over yr ago.test was neg for both. vulvar, vag.pain over 1yr. no stds found. no dermatitis. am afraid. i don't need to be retest?

Vulvar pain: Ask to be evaluated for vulvar vestibulitis. This  is common cause of pain that often gets over looked or mistaken for something else.

Vaginal Pain: The most important consideration is a careful medical history, speculum,  digital examination, microscopic examination and culture of dna test for infection. Simply treating the pain could be masking something that requires medical intervention.
