Rapid heart beat: Vtach or "ventricular tachycardia" refers to the rapid contraction of the ventricles in the heart.  It will be at least 100 beats/min or greater.  It can be a serious problem when the heart beats so fast that it cannot supply enough blood and oxygen to the brain and vital organs.

Very serious: VTach is a serious and possibly deadly heart rhythm.  It can cause sudden cardiac death so you may not have time to do anything.  However, this is not a common rhythm and the majority of the time only certain people with known risk factors are predisposed to it.  You should know why you are at risk and how big your risk of having this, is.  Finally, if this happens while you're alone I'd call 911

Anything is possible: Vtach or ventricular tachycardia is a sustained rhythm of >100 BPM (often much faster) consisting of beats that arise exclusively in the ventricles instead of the normal location in the right atrium. In advanced heart disease and certain congenital heart diseases, pvcs may be an ominous precursor of vt, but in the vast majority, pvcs are just pvcs. All healthy people have some pvcs every day.

PVC : In people with marked impairment of cardiac function, frequent PVC s increase the risk of vtach.  In patients whose hearts appear normal, vtach would be rare.

Not typically: Usually need a run of at least 3-6 beats to even call it v tach. Depends on what is causing the pvcs as to if it will cause v tach.

Bad idea: Any time you have had ventricular tachycardia (vtach), you need to take care of your heart.  Speak with your cardiologist about what medication they want to give you to prevent this again but anything that stresses your heart, can lead to problems.  Smoking decreases oxygenation, caffeine causes too much stimulation so have a better lifestyle will be key.

Trigemini: No statistical data. A lot depends on whether you have underlying structural heart disease or not. Seek help from a cardiologist or an electrophysiologist.

See doc: Definitely have a doctor look at the strips if you recorded them.  If it really is v tach, brought on by exercise, this is concerning - particularly if more that 3 beats in a row.

VT vs NSVT: More than 4PVCs and non sustained run of PVC - less than 30sec is usually called non sustained ventricular tachycardia.  Rates tend to be faster than 160.

Almost definitely: Ventricular tachycardia is a potentially fatal heart rhythm. Most people feel lightheaded and either pass out or come close. 
Sinus tachycardia is completely normal.
