Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Singers learn techniques to control their vocal cords very precisely, and support their breath with their diaphragm. Improper singing technique, though, can damage vocal cords, leading to polyps which can affect a singer's career (Julie Andrews, Steven Tyler -Aerosmith, and Adele have all had polyp surgeries).

Development Testing: Before your son can be labeled "late talker", a medical or developmental disorder must first be ruled out. Child's past medical/family/development history is not given but is important to know. Be aware that hearing loss is a major cause of language delay in this age group and must be tested for.
