Voice coach?: For a normal person, finding a good voice coach that teaches singing lessons may be the way to go. Practicing public speaking, as in a speech and debate class, make help too. For a person who has lost some speech ability due to a medical problem such as throat surgery, the ENT doctors can refer one to occupational therapy and speech therapy for an evaluation and therapy sessions.
