: What did the ENT advise. Follow the ENT's advice. You may try lemon drops/lollipops to stimulate the flow of salivary gland secretion that may dislodge the block.

Vomiting or regurg?: Big difference--if regurgitating foods as you describe (that promote gastroesophageal reflux), then you probably are describing gerd &amp; diet modification (&amp; acid reducer) is in order. If you are really vomiting as often as your question implies, then you have a bigger problem that warrants medical evaluation (checking for ulcers, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, gastroparesis, obstruction, etc.).

Too cold, too fast: If the water is too cold and/or you drink it too fast, it may induce spasm of esophageal muscles. Slow down and see if that helps.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not normal: What you are describing is not normal.  Have you seen a doctor?  It does not sounds like an emergency, but I do think you should make an appointment to be seen.  You probably need some lab work, too.

See below: it could be viral infection or stomach flu,however in light of covid pandemic, its necessary that keep hydrated and call your doctor to get testing if symptoms persist or fever develops, wear face mask and wash hands frequently, take tylenol for pain and plenty of fluids

Maybe: Chapped lips are due to dryness. Change in environmental moisture (deserts, indoor heating) can do it. Too, some lotions, chapsticks, etc. can dry out the lips. A stuffy nose causing mouth breathing, can dry out the mouth &amp;  lips.  If he has no other symptoms of illness, wait &amp; see.  Non irritating lip protection helps. I like Carmex best (Blistex and Chapstick and several glosses make mine worse)

Gastritis: sounds like alcoholic gastritis or may be coincidental stomach bug.  clear fluids  broths  and sips of liquids rather than gulps might help. consider some pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) if you can stomach it

-drink plenty of fluids 
-keep a glass of water by his bed at night 
-use a humidifier if the air is dry 
-eat a spoonful of honey, or drink apple juice, or chicken broth to help with any "coughing jags" 
-research shows that these methods are as effective as over the counter cough medicines.

If he experiences any respiratory distress, he needs immediate medical attention. The signs of respiratory distress are: 
-rapid breathing (more than 60 times a minute) 
-grunting or gasping with breathing 
-flaring of the nostrils 
-working hard and using extra muscles to breathe such as sucking in at the neck or under the rib cage 
-blue or dusky coloring 
-change in speech or level of alertness

reasons to call his doctor are:
- fever
- unable/refusal to drink
- concern for dehydration
- a cough that isn't improving after a week.
