Go to er: If the pain is that bad you need to go to the er as you may have an acute abdomen ( possibly appendicitis).

Vomiting & no fever: This sounds as if you have a mechanical obstruction. If this does not resolve within 24-48 hours, i would seek medical attention. I would do this sooner if you are unable to keep down fluids.

as medullary sponge kidney have kidneys with cystic dilatation of the collecting tubules and are at increased risk for stones and utis.

: You may have a food allergy or intolerance to tomatoes. Sometimes it is the raw vegetables and not cooked product like  ketchup  or tomato sauce.  Would follow up with  allergist and see if you have issue with other vegetables  from the same group( nightshades) like peppers, eggplant and potatoes.

Fever ; Chills: Neither of those is a likely cause. Sounds as if you have an acute inflammatory process, probably infectious, in progress and should see a doctor asap, particularly if you have true shaking chills which are often a sign of bacteria in the bloodstream. Go see your pcp and get evaluated.

Virus setting in: Sounds like your have one of the many viruses that cause gastroenteritis (stomach "flu"). Right now lots of noravirus infection going around the country ( better known as cruise ship flu). Chills may indicate your temperature is about to go up, so monitor this. Try very tiny amounts of clear fluid at a time, and if you are not able to keep anything down in the next 12-24 hours, seek care.

Evaluation: She should be evaluated to determine the cause of her symptoms. It could be something as simple as a virus and it just may need to run its course but it could be something more. If she can not keep anything down she can get dehydrated. If she has been healthy until now and do not have any risk factors for a systemic disease she can try over the counter medications for symptoms, peptobismol, emetro.
