Very: Postoperative nausea and vomiting is the most common complication immediately following surgery. Control of nausea or vomiting is necessary for discharge from the pacu regardless of whether the patient is going home or being admitted to the hospital. Post surgery nausea or vomiting can occur from anesthetic types, specific surgical procedures, and specific patient types.

i have bile gastritis after gallbalder removal. i am.in my 26 day after surgery .liver will adjust not to produce  so much bile?

The liver is working: just fine- it is a stomach issue and usually responds to acid inhibition with Protonix, Nexium or Prilosec. Avoid all fried greasy or fatty foods.

i have underwent gallbladder infection after nissen fundoplication and my bile refluxseems to be by far more pronounced after surgery.is there a link?

On the Contrary: If i understand your question correctly, you are asking if your bile reflux was worsened by your fundoplication (or was your gallbladder infection rx'd by gallbladder removal, which may have worsened your bile reflux?)?  The fundoplication is designed to prevent/limit any reflux, be it acid or bile, so it should have improved after surgery.  I suggest you return to your surgeon for evaluation.

morning,  i had  laparascopic gallbladder surgery yesterday ( friday) was sent after same day. about 3hours later threw up 500 cc green bile + hiccups?

Mgt: Please let your on call surgeon know about these symptoms. There may be an area of swelling or development of infection. Check your temperature and follow the post surgery instructions provided.

my bowels are awakening after laparoscopic surgery (blocked intestine) a week ago but why does stomach keepfilling with gas/bile & vomiting every 24hr?

Time: It still takes some time for entire system to work in tandem. This has not happened yet in your case. When is your appointment with the surgeon?  See him to make sure that you have not developed a complication.

Higher than normal: It will depend on the type of surgery, the anesthetic used during it, your body's reaction to it. Although, there is no definite number on the incidence of postsurgical nausea, I am sure it is higher than in people who didn't have surgery for sure.
