New Super Bugs: The center for disease control and prevention (cdc) has not reported any new super infections.  However there are a great many illnesses that can cause vomiting and diarrhea.

Fever: Your fevers are nonspecific and not clearly related to the barretts or malabsorption syndrome as neither of these conditions are usually accompanied by post prandial fever. Are other symptoms like abdominal pain,sweats and chills or cough also occurring then? Infection or noninfectious inflammation are to be considered. See your MD for further evaluation and testing.

if i had a perforead colon from anal sex how long after would i know? i had anal sex 3 days ago. and i'm still kinda having stomach pains.. no fever no blood in stools. no vomiting still having sorta loose stools had intense stomach pains 3 days ago

You'd be very sick: And in the operating room if you had a perforated colon. Relax and it hopefully will get better but you may need to discuss with your doctor if still having discomfort and hold off anal intercourse.

The abdominal : Distention is probably from gas. Please see a doctor to rule out bacterial or other treatable causes of childhood diarrhea commonly found in nigeria & to obtain information on oral rehydration solutions. You may have: Gastroenteritis. 
Start w clear liquid like water, soda that is clear, or sports hydration drinks. Sip, sip, sip. Work up to solids w bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, gelatin, or chicken. Avoid alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, dairy ; high fat foods. Rest.

: This is common with simple self healing gut viruses. As long as you take fluids well enough to pee every 6 hrs &amp; things gradually improve you can self monitor. Small frequent intake of clear fluids like gateraid and foods like apple sauce can sometimes settle your tummy. If you don't pee at least every 8 hrs &amp; cannot hold anything down go get evaluated.
