Consider: Cognitive behavioral therapy to work past this. Breath in slowly &amp; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Follow up needed: Nausea can be caused by a number of different conditions. If there is any abdominal pain, jaundice, fever, dehydration, balance problems, please see you doctor right away.
If he has heartburn, then he may need an antacid to control his symptoms. Since there are many possible explanations, it is best to follow up with your pediatrician.

Faint: You are young you had a vasovagal reaction  a near syncope  if you had no chest pains palpitations or other symptoms its probably ok. If the episode happens again or frequently see your doctor.

i took cipro (ciprofloxacin) almost 24 hours ago,  i am feeling restless, anxious, vomiting, lightheaded. when will i start to feel normal?

Depends on infection: Hard to say whether your symptoms are because of the medication or the infection you have since you didn't say why you got the antibiotic in the first place.  Most antibiotic regimens are 7-10 days in duration. Consider calling your doctor in case you need to change antibiotics due to side effects.
