since friday i have had a temp of 100,  chills, nausea no vomiting though, headache, eyes hurt, dizzy on friday. today no nausea, whole body hurts?

Sounds like a: Viral infection. Take care of the fever and aches with Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) and rest and you should be better soon. Antibiotics do not help a virus.

will it hurt eyes to vomit after cataract surgery?

Generally not: Most cataract surgery is done without stitches in a manner that increased internal pressure in the eye, such as that caused by coughing and vomiting, will only tighten the closure.  If you have consistent vomiting, that should be checked out by your family doctor but check with the cataract surgeon first to rule out an eye cause for the vomiting such as bleeding or high pressure within the eye.

Could be the flu: I wonder if the HIV lowered your resistance and you could have a more serious problem. See your physician asap especially because of the headache that needs more investigation.

Normal: The increased abdominal pressure created when you get sick also increases the pressure in your sinuses above, below and between your eyes.  Sinus pressure is often felt as pain in and around the eyes.  This is normal.

my 8mo fell and hit her head today. since she has been very sleepy and now scratching her ear and eye excessively on the side she got hurt most. went to the er after the fall and was told nothing to worry about but i still feel uneasy. no vomiting?

See her doctor: Please see her doctor today. Although she was cleared by the ER, if she is still not herself, I would recommend another examination by her doctor or back at the ER. They may say she is fine, but it is best to be sure that there is no internal head injury.

Probably not: meningitis, however it needs to be ruled out, please take your daughter to her pediatrician or go to ER for assessment, it would be decided then what tests to pursue, and don't worry about meningitis complications, wish you both wellness

Throwing up food: I would see your family physician.  You can monitor your weight to see if you are losing weight.  Use ointment in tha nose and make sure the nose always  humidified and moist due to ointment four time a day.. Good luck
