Sounds like a: Viral infection. Take care of the fever and aches with Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) and rest and you should be better soon. Antibiotics do not help a virus.

Flu syndrome: Very likely you have viral inf. Do not worry. Take rest plenty of fluids if no better see your dr.
