Blood in vomit?: I don't know about the orange or green (bile?), but the dark red stuff could be blood.  Please see your family physician asap about this.  There could be anything from gastritis to bleeding ulcer going on.  Depending on your doctor's exam, labs, and findings, you may also need to see a gastroentrologist for further workup.

i've always had a sensitive stomach, but now i can't keep anything down. even worse, every time i eat i vomit blue stuff! help!

You do need help!: I really can't make much of the blue vomit: perhaps bile (yellowish/greenish) mixed with pink Pepto-Bismal or something you might be taking? Most concerning: not keeping anything down.One can wait it out if it is just a bug (12-36 hours), but if longer you need prompt/immediate medical attention to prevent serious complications from dehydration, etc. Go to the ER or your doctor's today! Vomiting: This one-time episode of vomiting may be due to simple indigestion. I assume pregnancy, medication or pregnancy are not issues. Pink vomitus can be caused by strain resulting in a broken tiny blood vessel. See your physician if vomiting continues or there is Frank bloody vomitus ,black stools or concomitant abdominal pain or distension

Inflammation of you: stomach lining. Mucus is present in the stomach to serve as a protective barrier against the highly acidic HCL acid with a pH of 5.0. If you don't have sufficient mucus to protect your lining, you'll have inflammation, or gastritis. If H. Pylori infection is present on top of it, you could produce ulcers. Make sure you're hydrating well. Sounds like your meal may be only partially digested.

my 3yo has been vomiting between 4 and 5 in the morning 2-3 times per week. can't keep stuff down in those times. could acid reflux cause this?

Vomiting : I need more informations, does he eat or drink anything during that time?  How long this is going on? Any other symptoms?  Is he loosing weight?  There so many causes for vomiting,  you should consult your pediatrician &amp; propably a gastroentrologist if is an ongoing problem. Good luck.

Absolutely untrue: None of your symptoms are related to an elevated uric acid level. I cannot stress that point more emphatically. Have the GI issues evaluated now.

Usually : Usually when people are vomiting black stuff, they are vomiting blood. With a history of leukemia and an episode that was probably a faint with some seizure-like movements what comes to mind is a GI bleed with fainting from anemia. Your friend should get to a doctor fast.

i had a colonoscopy a month and 17 days ago and since then most of the time after eating i feel like vomiting and sometimes after eating i will start gagging off and on during the day that it happens on. i had stuff taken out that was precancerous.

Colonoscopy: It would be difficult to attribute your gastric symptoms to that colonoscopy. I recommend notifying your gastroenterologist of these ongoing complaints and undergo an evaluation. Appropriate testing will be done.

Acid reduction: In individuals that do not smoke, the majority of stomach acid is produce between 2-4 in the morning.  If your stomach upset is worse at night it suggests that this is an acid related and not infectious problem.  At the very least, your acid increase at night is worsening it.  Famotidine or Pepcid (famotidine) 20 mg at bedtime should help.
