Vomiting: This one-time episode of vomiting may be due to simple indigestion. I assume pregnancy, medication or pregnancy are not issues. Pink vomitus can be caused by strain resulting in a broken tiny blood vessel. See your physician if vomiting continues or there is Frank bloody vomitus ,black stools or concomitant abdominal pain or distension
