Vomiting or regurg?: Big difference--if regurgitating foods as you describe (that promote gastroesophageal reflux), then you probably are describing gerd &amp; diet modification (&amp; acid reducer) is in order. If you are really vomiting as often as your question implies, then you have a bigger problem that warrants medical evaluation (checking for ulcers, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, gastroparesis, obstruction, etc.).

There is: very effective medication for vomiting associated with early pregnancy BUT SHE MUST CONSULT HER PHYSICIAN about these symptoms and the sooner the better!!!

Too cold, too fast: If the water is too cold and/or you drink it too fast, it may induce spasm of esophageal muscles. Slow down and see if that helps.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: If endoscopy was normal then there was no pathology visible. What did your doctor recommend after the endoscopy?  Any chance that it could be psychogenic?

Excess water intake: Why would you drink 4 glasses of water in a row?
Were you out running, in a contest, or just playing?
Likely stimulated the vagus nerve which produced reflex gag reflex and elimination of all the water through the mouth. 
Not good to do this. Seek treatment if it occurs again.

4yo vomited for 24hrs no diarrhea, then 24hr no vomiting, then after drinking water as soon as woke up vomited twice. still the tummy bug. no diarrhea?

Vomiting no diarrhea: In the case of vomiting without diarrhea your child should probably be seen by his or her provider.
Vomiting can be caused by other infections than a stomach bug.
It still could be a stomach bug but without diarrhea someone should make sure that something else is not going on.

Not normal: What you are describing is not normal.  Have you seen a doctor?  It does not sounds like an emergency, but I do think you should make an appointment to be seen.  You probably need some lab work, too.

See below: it could be viral infection or stomach flu,however in light of covid pandemic, its necessary that keep hydrated and call your doctor to get testing if symptoms persist or fever develops, wear face mask and wash hands frequently, take tylenol for pain and plenty of fluids

Heart burn: It sounds like you might have very bad reflux disease also known as heart burn.
