Probably normal: At age 65, neither the CT results nor your minor memory problems are abnormal. On the other hand, either or both could be significant. The significance of either one requries in-person evaluation. It would be reasonable to see a neurlogist and take it from there. Good luck.

Brain shrinkage: JMac - the brain usually shrinks as we age and there is a normal rate of shrinkage.That is called " age appropriate shrinkage" If there is more, it could be associated with early onset of dementia. If there are no symptoms and memory is ok dont worry. Brain shrinkage is not a good way to determine dementia. Mental tests are. See a doc if worried thx

No major problem : 1 DWI negative is good.  the MRI technique is  called diffusion weighted imaging 
2.  most people as they get older tend to have some brain volume loss  This is a very common finding in nomal people.
3)  left frontal sinus reading may represent long-standing or new  sinus infection/inflammation.  If you are not having headaches above the left eye, have no fever or nasal discharge, do not worry.

My advice, don't sweat it.

I suggest that you write and organize your questions, and meet with your eulogist again for answers. Not all image finding are related and relevant.

You need to review the matter with a pediatric neurologist who can look at the neuroimaging with you to explain the significance.
