Many possible imbalances in these interactions can result in changing or stopping the menstrual cycle.  Endocrinologists specialize in diagnosis and treatment of these disorders.

No.: Vitamin d is made in your skin when you're exposed to sufficient sunlight, it can be eaten in some foods, or it can be taken as a supplement.  It is not secreted by a gland.

Any. MVT choice OTC.: Absent thyroid surgically or by other means like radioactive iodine therapy , is not affected by the choice of multivitamin. Thyroid is ahormone and when in less quantity you need supplements with thyroid preparation like synthroid/levoxyl , most of the sometime and armor thyroid in very few patients when T3 (liothyronine) is less , where as commonly T4 is less. Multivitamin choice doesn't affect thyroid function.

Thyroid efficiency: If low, iodine can help improve efficiency.

vitamin c in my salivary gland, what can i do?

Vit C or calcium?: Vit c/ascorbic acid, can stimulate and enlarge the salivary gland, potentially causing an increase in saliva production, but, studies show, for only a short time and is only used for oral/thyroid cancer patients with severe salivary gland damage.  
Calcium deposits in salivary glands block them causing pain.  Need to see an oral surgeon to correct the blockage.  Good luck!

if i have a vitamin d deficiency can i take pituitrophin? ive looked it up, and it said a lack of vitamin d could cause abnormal pituitary growth so im wondering if the pituitrophin would make it worse or not?

: Don't do that. You only need to take vitamin D3 supplement which is widely available. Take care.

how to combat extreme pituitary fatigue? i have a pit. tumor and taking cabergoline. its helping with some stuff but not energy levels. vitamins not helping in that area as well ?

: The pit makes many things that can lead to fatigue.  Some if pit hormone too high and some if too low. Never heard of pituitary fatigue. Discuss and ask for more information.

is it ok to take multi vitamin with 150 mcgs. iodine? i don't have thyroid gland removed 2002 i take synthroid (thyroxine) daily. any concerns about iodine?

Excess iodine will: stimulate the thyroid gland to work harder.  if you have not had total ablation, and assuming you have some residual however small synthetic activity in the glands, you will notice an increase in thyroid function with your Synthroid, (thyroxine) perhaps mild hyperthyroid symptoms as well.  Please talk with your endocrinologist prior to taking supplements like these.

can highly increased level of vitamin d due to supplements cause permanent damage to parathyroid glands? or does it have no effect on your parathyroid glands?

: Vitamin D in the blood decreases the release of Parathyroid Hormone. That is a normal process that occurs all the time. There is no damage from that process. However, excess consumption of vitamin D is problematic (4000 IU), the levels can become toxic, and it may cause any of the following symptoms:  Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Lack of appetite, Weakness, Weight loss.
