Yes, heroin withdrawal can be horrible but quitting meth comes with its own set of withdrawal symptoms that make is anything but easy to quit.

Relapse: Relapse is not unusual, and is often part of the process of recovery.  It can be difficult to get through the times after you use meth, because energy does feel depleted along with neurotransmitters being depleted too. Metoprolol : Meth has multiple effects, metoprolol can block some of them but not all. Results can be dangerous talk with your doctor. You need to be off meth.

Yes: frequently, hypogonadism (low testosterone), is associated with meth and narcotic use, (long term). I recommend labs tests for testosterone, and if low, treat it!!

Best not to: I'm not aware of any interaction with your meds but impure meth with unusual cutting compounds can be harmful to hearts.  Best to see a doctor if you're wanting advice re methadone as should be medically supervised if you are eligible for it
