Over the counter: My impression is that you are asking about over-the-counter vitamins, medications, or supplements. Please realize that research support is very limited for many of these. Vitamin d supplementation, st. John's wort, folic acid, sam-e, omega-3 fatty acids epa/dha (fish oil) may be helpful for improving mood though they have not be rigorously studied at the level required by the fda for mood.

Possible: I'd talk to your doctor before trying anything - as there might be an adjunctive treatment they can provide to help. Or, perhaps evaluate if Depo injections are the best option for you.  The only supplement that I've seen that has any actual data supporting it (for mood) is called SAMe (it's a very weak serotonin reuptake inhibitor). But def check with your doctor first. Good luck!

Consider OCP:  Consult with your physician. Sometimes young ladies are prescribed oral contraceptives to help regulate menstrual symptoms.

Doubtful.: I by "juicing" you mean to concoct beverages out of fruits and veges without supplements, then the answer is no unless you were on a very restricted junk diet.  If  you are adding other components, supplemental vitamins, herbal preparations, body building   supplements, glandular products or supports, , then all bets are off on the potential outcomes on your mood, and blood pressure.

: If you feel physically well and healthy dont do anything except lead a normal life with good diet, exercise and anxiety by keeping busy, meditation, music, sports, social work etc.

I don't think so: I believe there must be another reason for your symptoms. 
By the way there are many possible causes for these symptoms.
