Knowing that, there is no need to now take another product to try and alter the color again.  You just need to realize with iron supplements, your stool will be darker in color.

Constipation: do you have a history of constipation . Have you ever had a clean out done where you flush your system . Is your bowl movements watery or soft . Fiber is good to take but the amount depend on your age . It should be age plus five until you reach adult age , than you should take 45 grams a day .
