No: Vitamins are trace elements and are needed in very small amounts usually supplied with an average diet 
vitamin deficiency is relatively rare and I am not aware of muscle twitching  being an important symptom.Anxiety is a more likely cause , !

Twitching: Recurrent muscle twitching can be from too much caffeine or other stimulants, stress, anxiety.or overdoing exercise. For the sake of completeness have your serum calcium, magnesium and electrolytes checked.

given this, i would either rest a bit or try a vitamin supplement for a couple weeks, b/c it is easy. If the symptoms persist then i suggest you get checked out for some of the rarer issues.

Possibly: If both are equally affected, think globally such as nutrition (paricularly electrolytes), lack of stretching and movement, general circulation issues.  Try to get more electrolytes such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, do calf stretches and move your body.  If it persists or affects only one side, get checked out.

bruises on my legs and wrists that come and go for the past few months, got a blood test, tested for iron,vitamin deficiency but all was normal.they are light color not severe plus i have ibs caused by low muscle mass, could it be linked?

: There is no association between IBS and easy bruising of skin. This skin condition is not uncommon for young girls. If the blood tests (platelet count and coagulopathy panel) are normal, you should be fine.
