24 hours at most: Vitamin c is a water-soluble vitamin. It is absorbed into the bloodstream from the intestine, distributes evenly throughout the circulation, and is then excreted into the urine through the kidneys.  Zinc is slightly more complicated, but should also pass into your urine rather quickly, and it should be basically gone within a few hours. I'd say it is a safe assumption that both are gone in 24h.

: Sure, you can take them all at once. Why do you think you are deficient? For a 19-year-old to have a deficiency of any of these on almost any diet would be very unusual, and taking a few random supplements out of the hundreds out there is a bit arbitrary and likely to cause more problems than help. But that's just my 2 cents. What are the chances you'll be taking 3 different supplements in a year?

Acne is: An endocrine disease caused by a flood of hormones at puberty. It is, however, exacerbated by poor diet, particularly all that sweet stuff.

Recovery : If you are improving overall, it is common to feel tired while recovering. Watch for respiratory problems and rest. Drink fluids, eat well and if there is worsening please contact your physician. Have a flu vaccination and stay self isolated for at least 5 more days, three days with no symptoms, whichever is longer.

COVID 19 concerns: Your family's choices sound good. If you are vitamin D deficient, might want to address that as well.

Are u pregnant?: I would not think the medication would affect your cycle. Check a pregnancy test. If it is negative, check with your GYN. Well, I guess you should check with him or her if it is positive, too.

: One could have Environmental Allergies to mites, dusts, scents, and more. Even Fungus ... A visit with the Allergist is the place to start for desired resolution.

: Black fungus is an opportunistic organism that is usually seen in immune suppressed patients.  This has recently become a problem in India, associated with Covid-19 infections.  There is some early indications that zinc supplements, especially in large doses, can make it easier to get or spread black fungus.  There is no indication that vitamins C and D have anything to do with black fungus.
