: B vitamins are flushed out of the body daily when they exceed the amount needed. They do not store in significant amounts. You also do not benefit when you take an excess of the amount utilized for normal metabolism.

See a doctor: A 7 day luteal phase if very abnormal. Usually that makes it nearly impossible to get pregnant. And usually that is a results of something seriously wrong with the ovaries. So i would not waste time. I would recommend seeing a fertility specialist.

B6: I am never sure that multivitamins or single vitamins are better than regular meals but they will not do any harm unless you are being charged too much for it.
With spring here and summer coming you probably don't need additional meds.

Probably safe but...: High doses of vit. B6 can cause neuropathy (inflammation/irritation of nerves). 200 mg is at the border of the amount that could cause this. Authorities advise not taking more than 100 mg, but 200 mg/day for months is the lowest amount proven to cause problems. Capsules with 50-100 mg of b6 are inexpensive & widely available at health food stores. You can take the 200 mg but buy a lower dose next.

Yes for some-depends: B6, B12 & Folic Acid all lower homocysteine, a metabolite of methionine.High homocysteine is a better predictor of risk of heart disease & stroke than cholesterol, high BP & smoking! these vits. Are proven to lower stroke risk but not yet proven to reduce heart attack risk-but likely will for anyone with high homocysteine. See
