i have interstitial cystitis.i want to know if taken vitamin b2 (riboflavin) will make it get worst? i know b12 does.

It depends...: Not everybody with interstitial cystitis reacts the same way. Many do find that a b complex irritates their bladder, but often they can tolerate some b's individually. Some find b6 and B12 irritating while others have no problem with those. Vitamin b2 is not particularly irritating to the bladder but the only way to find out how it affects you is to try it. Start with a low dose. Good luck!

No problem w those: There is no problem with B2 and B12 for the heart.  They should not affect an irregular heart beat or change the function of any of the valves.

other ingredients include: senna leaves, saccharin, sodium benzoate and fenugreek.

Nobody really knows: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits and risks (but manufacturers make claims based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... but not based on real research because research is hard to do). Probably safer to take a multivitamin and drink things without additives.

if my hemoglobin comes out to be 16.3 g/dl .does it mean that my vitamin b- complex levels (b12,folic acid,riboflavin) also normal? i dont eat non veg

Probably yes: If you are vegetarian you may consider a B12 supplement. Presently your Hb is a little high, but if you go low enough on B12 you will experience symptoms, eventually a low Hb. You need not worry about other vits, but take extra folic acid if potential pregnancy. It is not always reliable, but a blood B12 can be used. Folic acid will prevent B12 anemia but aggravate the neurologic complications.

is there any chance my hair skin nails vitamin  which contains  vitamin a c d  and e and niacin, vitamin b12 , folic acid and biotin and thiamin and riboflavin and make my birth control less effective?

Unlikely: As long as hyour intake of water-soluble (Niacin, B12, Folate, Thiamine, Riboflavin,Biotin) and lipid soluble ( A,D,E) vitamins are within FDA standards, you should see no harmful effects - suggest taking the lipid soluble vitamins within daily guidelines to avoid toxicity, excesses of water soluble vitamins rarely cause medical issues...

Vitamins: Vitamins act as catalysts, bridging one physiologic states. They enhance your bodies normal functions. If you have a well balanced diet you don't need to take extra. Small amounts of extra, like a daily vitamin tab, may be helpful if your diet is insufficient, but will do no harm. Overdosing with anything can create imbalance. You're better off eating a well balanced diet than taking pills.

Not particularly but: Many vitamins and herbs are helpful for glaucoma, esp. A, c, e & b12. B2 is especially good for cataracts and may help glaucoma as part of a b complex, but is not particularly known for glaucoma. Really hard to get: it isn't generally available as a test. furthermore, the vitamin is not especially malabsorbed unlike vitamin B12, which requires a specific transporter in one little section of the gut and has deficiencies quite commonly.
easier to just have person take a one-a-day vitamin.

can vitamin b2 cause a false positive on a drug test?

No: I thought this was a strange question, but in researching it found out that this is claimed on some websites. However, I am quite certain that b2 does not cause a false positive on drug tests.  It can make your urine bright yellow & some who drink a lot of fluids to dilute their urine before a test will sometimes take b2 so the urine looks yellow rather than clear. Will not cause false positive.
