Probably not: The labels will cover anything required by law and contents that the manufacturer thinks will be an inducement to purchase the product.  That leaves a lot of room for other ingredients, preservatives, etc.  Testing is rare in this arena by independent laboratories.  The buyer must beware.

All animal foods: All meats, dairy ; eggs have b12; no  vegetarian foods have it unless fortified. Best sources are clams ; beef liver (only  have liver if organic). Many have difficulty absorbing B12 ; are thus low even if they eat foods rich in b12; they need injections or sublingual methylcobalamin.

Many!: As a rule, brighly colored foods and vegetaables have more vitamins per serving.  However, google the vitamin you are interested in and specificy foods  high in that vitamin. A good diet trumps nutritional support from pills.
