Not doing any good: At a gfr of 40 taking large dose of B12 is not doing any harm, but not doing any good either. It is just lightening your aunt's wallet.

Not much: High B12 is never worrisome. Low platelets, especially if below 100,000, need to be addressed with a physician who knows how to do a differential diagnosis and workup. Eosinophils over an absolute count of maybe 1000 should prompt a good history and physical exam and perhaps stool for ova and parasites. Labs are adjuncts to diagnosis and ranges are set to flag a few % of healthies.

Need eval: Need more detail information.  Those three could be related or unrelated- thus, much more info are needed. Some other blood test, sono of abdomen and may include bone marrow biopsy if the level of abnormality is very significant. Go to see pcp and you may need to see a hematologist if the abnormality is significant.

Check again: Often blood cell abnormalities come and go for a variety of reasons.   I would recommend you see your pediatrician or family doctor and have your child thoroughly examined.  A normal exam will be very reassuring.    I would also repeat the blood tests in a week or two and compare.   I would also talk to the doctor about diet and vitamins for the B12 deficiency.

: B12 deficiency can rarely cause isolated low platelet count and B12 supplement works if patient truly have low B12 level. He can take B12 supplement +/- folic acid as a therapeutic trial without testing but I do not see much different in his numbers 91 last year and 86 this year though.
