: The so called energy drinks are a scam. These do not increase your energy. The drink is not likely to affect your TSH, but will lighten your wallet.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Fur hype!: The vitamins give the appearance of being "good for you." most energy drinks contain high caffeine and natural Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) (no longer can be put as as chemical so ephedra and guarana are used), and are sugared.  They are potentially dangerous as a nutritional supports and are expensive. Take your vitamins and drin k coffee or tea!

No data: Nobody has actually done any studies of either in any kind of controlled setting, to my knowledge.  Sports physicians and trainers have about as many views on these topics as there are sports physicians and trainers.  There is really no evidence that either of these alternatives is helpful in improving workouts or their results.

Depression?: Lack of energy can have many causes, including poor diet, lack of sleep, pregnancy, thyroid disorder, infection, chronic illness and depression.if your doctor has done a physical exam and blood tests are normal, you might consider your emotional state of health as the source of the symptoms,especially since you experienced similar symptoms years ago. Suggest talking to your doctor again.

Caffeine caution: From what I found, there is 120 mg of caffeine in an 8 oz. Spark energy drink, which is similar to amount in 8 oz of coffee. Too much caffeine can increase heart rate, raise blood pressure, anxiety and cause insomnia. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has similar side effects. Monitor your caffeine content especially while taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). I hope this helps. Best wishes.

As long as no caffei: This drink with vitamins and calcium you listed is not bad for you as long as it does not contain any caffeine.Some of these so called energy drinks do contain caffeine and that can cause problems in some people.

Caffeine level: becomes what our body perceives as normal.  Thus, we use it or other stimulants to feel normal/relaxed, and we don't feel the stimulant effect as much.  Your low energy can be from thyroid or other hormone imbalance, depression, or something else.  Start w/a fist to your doc and then perhaps a mental health professional.  Peace and good health.
