Probably not: As best i can tell from my reading, low vitamin d may be associated with an increased chance of developing rheumatoid arthritis.  Once you have it though, i don't see any evidence that taking vitamin d will make it better.

By CRP and x-rays!: Few vitamin deficiencies cause joint pain.  It is possible.  You must first demostrate a vitamin deficiency, before thsi diagnosis is on the table. But the test for CRP (inflammation), and x-rays (joint degenerative disease) are also necessary. Jonit pain has many explanations.  Vitamin deficiency is low on the list.

Eicosapentanoic acid: Epa can help but the only proven treatments are prescription meds such as naproxen( nonsteroidals) , steroids, and more specific medications such as biologic drugs (for rheumatoid arthritis) , CellCept (mycophenolate mofetil) for lupus or sarcoid, and other immunosuppressive medications for other types of arthritis. 
Scurvy arthritis is cured by vitamin c, low thyroid arthritis is cured by thyroid hormone.

The right question: Nutrition plays a huge role in RA & other autoimmune diseases.  Add a good multivitamin and also take a look at your diet.  The book "digestive wellness" is a good resource for looking at how certain foods can at least make RA worse, perhaps play even a more direct role.  Dairy & gluten are the 'usual suspects' but for some it may be soy, etc. Vegetables, fruits are key in an antiinflammatory diet.

: Your best bet is a multivitamin with minerals to cover all your needs. Bone needs calcium, phosphorus and magnesium which is incorporated into the bony matrix through the benefit of vitamin D.  A good multivitamin would include these products and provide what you are looking for.

can you suggest me something out of these figures .. is it a condition for arthritis ?

Labs: Lab results are meaningful only in the context of the person. High MCHC in a healthy person may simply be a problem with the calibration of the machine or reflect that reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. I'd ignore sed rate / ESR. You'll do yourself a huge favor if you address the vitamin D issue -- sunlight, diet, supplements.

No: Or should I say it's highly unlikely. Vitamin d is involved in calcium metabolism, whereas inflammatory arthritis in an immune phenomenon. Vitamin d has no direct correlation to the immune system.
