COMPLEX: Your descriptions could fit many different syndromes, but would wonder if in fact you suffer, in part, juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.  An ambulatory eeg might help.  Re. B-12 issues, this can be easily resolved with a methyl melonic acid and homocysteine level, but also check folate (folic acid) levels.  Might also obtain spinal fluid for immunological studies.  Believe you can uncover causality, good luck.

MS: All 3 possible at age 30. U definetely have vitamin D deficiency and low b12 levels and may benefit from replacement therapy

Your chemist is: correct.  There is so little B12 (and many of the other ingredients) in Centrum and other over the counter multivitamins, that it won't make a significant difference.  Peace and good health.

Certainly feeling pressure "in base of neck front' suggests the thyroid. How the "popping feeling" factors in when you swallow also needs evaluation.
