If you are experiencing blurred vision and the white cloud on the cornea (clear structure in front of your iris, or colored part of your eye), I would advise you to go to seek eye care. If the symptoms have been quickly progressive, go to   the ER for evaluation and treatment.

Sinusitis : Sinusitis causes congestion, headache, toothache sensation, post orbital pain, fever but vision not affected. Migraine headaches and ocular emergencies e.g vein occlusion or tears usually have vision changes

It may be bad, but: Bad is not the same as emergency - try to find a good headache specialist in your area. Yiur GP might refer or even a Univ Hospital directory or drug store may have referrals. ERs are full of trauma and possible contagion - if you need it, they are life saving. If not, go to a less stressful place. Here, Dr Dariush Saghafi is an expert and there are others - he's a gem.
