Migraine: If symptoms last between 15-30 minutes and completely resolve this is most likely an ocular migraine. If there is a headache afterward, it is considered a visual aura as part of a classic migraine event. If this is the first time you've had such symptoms, see an internist or ophthalmologist.

Need physical exam: A full physical exam is needed to establish a diagnosis. So my first rec would be to see a doctor in person. Most likely this is a migraine headache especially if you are sensitive to light and is associated with nausea and vomiting. Another cause is temporal arteritis and is worsened with tapping your temples or worsens with chewing. This could be uncontrolled blood pressure as well.

Fainting: I do not know your age, but if fainting I would be concerned for some type of syncope.

Need exam: Need ophthalmology exam to determine if vison issue is a serious medical proble.  Baseline BP should also be checked.  May be simple migraine, or cluster headache, but need to be checked.

Blood pressure: When you move from sitting or lying down to standing, there are blood pressure and heart rate changes that occur... And they are more pronounced when you're pregnant.  If blurry vision is temporary and only happens in that instance, you're okay. Changes in vision can also be associated with pre-eclampsia, so be sure to have your blood pressure checked at next visit.  If headache too--&gt; go to l;d.

Need eye exam: There are many things may be causing your vision to get blurry after reading.  A visit with an eyecare professional is the best way to find out exactly what is happening.

Probably dry eye: This is most common when first waking up and the blurry vision is temporary. Artificial tears over the counter will help. Make sure it does NOT contain any redness or itching reliever in it. Just a pure lubricating drop. Use this through out the day and when waking up.  Generally 3-4x/day. Dry eye is very common. If the blurry vision persists, see an eye doctor. good luck.

Scan: Sounds like it's time for you to see a doctor and get a brain scan. With a history of head trauma and your current symptoms you will need an evaluation.

Pregnant: Yes. See a gynecologist for a blood pregnancy test. There could be a lot of other explanations including hypothyroidism, cystic ovaries, high prolactin, weight fluctuation, infections.
