Scan: Sounds like it's time for you to see a doctor and get a brain scan. With a history of head trauma and your current symptoms you will need an evaluation.

Seek medical help: Your symptoms are chronic and i suspect wearing you down both physically and emotionally. I would recommend that you see a neurologist for appropriate evaluation.
