male 30s no medication. tired, i went to bed early and woke up around 3am to notice that my vision had a yellow tint. everything white seemed yellow tinted. after a couple of minutes it went away and never reoccurred. should i be concerned?

: Usually, it is a good idea, when new medical Signs and Symptoms occur unexpectedly, to see One's PCP/GP to check it out and have an action plan should that be necessary. The Visual change could be something as remediable as Dehydration in the Hot Weather without drinking enough water before sleeping. Or it could be early sign of more complex issues, hence a PCP/GP visit indicated.

Sanctura: Generally no.  Side effects include dry eye, blurred vision, and possible exacerbation of uncontrolled narrow angle glaucoma.  Discuss the pros and cons of this medication with your primary doctor and eye doctor.

It may but it can be: It may but  it  may be related to your  uveitis. You need to see your ophthalogist

Sanctura: Used to treat overactive bladder, it can cause dry eyes &amp; blurred vision. Use with caution if you have narrow angle glaucoma.

can the medication topamax (topiramate) cause palinopsia? i'm on it  for frequent migraines and have started noticing trailing in vision and sensitivity to light.

See eye doctor.: I do not think that palinopsia or having trailing images, as a specific complaint, is listed as a known complication.  This medication, however excellent, has been known to cause significant eye problems that can be irreversible.  Such things as narrow angle glaucoma can also occur.  I would ask for the pressure in your eyes to be checked now and see your eye doctor ASAP.

does ed medicine such a cialis and viagra cause vision problems? ive read associations with it, but not certain the causative effect. i am thinking on getting on ed medication, but what to get your opinion on vision issue's, and if this is very rare?

: Many visual side effects from these types of meds have been reported but that appear to be transient and more likely to occur in men taking big doses.

It can happen: Even without any medications, sunning can disorient people. So, be careful - keep tract of time. Keep hydrated., Have a shade source nearby - that's what beach umbrellas are for! Enjoy, but be careful. I hope you recovered quickly.

i have diagnosed with rheumatoid arthristis and currently on predsinone and plasmoquine.ever since been diagnosed and on this medication i struggle with headaches and red,dry,itchy painful eyes and get blurred vision at times..is this normal?

Call rheuma now: Since Plasmoquine may cause permanent damage to your eyes, you need to stop it right now and contact your rheumatologist for an alternate medication. An eye doctor consult may also be needed.  What you have is not normal.

i have type 2 diabetes. my blood sugar has been high for 2-3 days. yesterday it was 396,  but today its 242. ive been taking medication every 4 hours since yesterday. ive had some blurry vision and vomited twice today. should i go to the hospital?

Your call: Blood sugars often rise in the face of an emerging illness. I would not assume all your symptoms are related to the higher than normal sugars. You should seek care if this is disrupting your life. Early recognition &amp;b treatment of an emerging illness bay keep you out of the hospital.
