Probably normal.: When you stretch the skin is made taut and the veins can be more easily visible. Especially since this occurs on both sides and since you are thin it is most likely a normal variation

Veins showing: Veins are closer to your skin surface than arteries are. Maybe like like most young healthy women you are exercising and trying to keep your wt down. In doing that you may be burning some of your subcutaneous fat and so your veins become more prominent. Just a thought. See a dermatologist.

Hereditary: I think that most spider veins are hereditary although sometimes people say they happen after pregnancy ouran people that have jobs where they have to stand a lot.

Neuropathy: Secondary to sciatica. Visit an orthopedist or neurologist. Gentle stretching and anti inflammatories can be tried.

Need to examine: You obviously have seen doctors who examined you and did tests and imaging. If they were not address your issues, it is not feasible to do better in this forum, without examining you.

Veins: This can be seen in fair complexioned people and/or slender people with thinner skin. Occasionally it's due to hormonal causes. A physician can examine and advise you.

Not likely: The size of the veins in parts of your body have much more to do with hydration status than anything else. If you are well hydrated, your veins will be full and "pop out" more. This is not a symptom associated with pregnancy. If you miss your next period and are concerned about pregnancy, get a pregnancy test. Hope this helps!

See a doctor: This sounds like a sexually transmitted disease and you should have a full exam and be thoroughly evaluated and tested for other stds, along with being treated.  Do this soon, and wish you well.

Two different issues: The spider veins and pain may be unrelated or they may be indicative of underlying varicose veins. However your pain sounds more suggestive of nerve compression.
