Muscle relaxant? : More to do with your posture during work as well as taking few breaks.  In the mean time, consider going to an urgent care center or primary to be evaluated for muscle relaxants as well as other therapeutic modalities.  If your symptoms last more than 4 weeks, seek your primary for any imaging to be done.
