Not recommended: Generally douching doesn't work very well to cure a bacterial vaginosis infection.  And studies show that women who douche double their chance of getting bacterial vaginosis infections.  Likely this is because douching can disturb the normal bacteria that live in the vagina.  The presence of your normal bacteria helps prevent vaginal infections.

Bacterial Vaginosis: You should really see your doctor to be properly treated.  There is a risk that an untreated vaginal infection can ascend into the uterus and cause complications with your pregnancy.  Additionally, douching is never recommended, as this alters the natural bacterial balance of the vagina and can actually do more harm than good.

Confirm diagnosis : The first step is for an Obgyn to confirm the diagnosis through testing and rule out other infections. Then if  confirmed they may want to consider alternative treatments such as Clindamycin gel or metronidazole vaginal cream. They may want to consider extending the treatment weekly with a topical gel. They way consider ph Balancing with Nuvaring. Boric acid is suppositories can also be used

STOP!: Vinegar is the same as dilute acetic acid.  This is not how you treat bv.  In fact, this is probably quite irritating to the vaginal skin and will almost certainly kill off the normal vaginal bacteria and just make the problem worse.  Ask your doctor for a prescription for "metrogel" and this will help.

Stop use of irritant: If you know the bleeding is from an irritant- stop the irritant. Never use it again. Flush the irritated area with plenty of tap water, colder is better (to help constrict the small bleeding vessels and produce clots.).

See dr: It is not clear that apple cider vinegar would help your problem you should see your dr and get checked for BV and other infections you might need an antibiotic.

No: Bv is naturally in your vagina, along with "yeast."  when one or the other gets off balance, the other will 'over grow'.  People think of BV and yeast as infections, but they are really just overgrowth of something normal.  The fishy smell after intercourse (sex) is as much the semen as it is you.    Use condoms to help with that and for safer sex!  if you need treatment for bv, see a doctor 1st.

some of that water can be retained in vagina causing infection and problems
if you have a problem see a doctor  donot douch
bathing in vinegar has never been done.
