STOP!: Vinegar is the same as dilute acetic acid. This is not how you treat bv. In fact, this is probably quite irritating to the vaginal skin and will almost certainly kill off the normal vaginal bacteria and just make the problem worse. Ask your doctor for a prescription for "metrogel" and this will help.
