is it safe to put vinegar in your bath while pregnant to relieve itching?

Of course Mild Acid: Vinegar is a mild/weak solution of acetic acid. Acid suppresses the growth of a variety of fungus ; bacteria. Several species of bacteria commonly growing in vaginal secretions (called lactobacilli - for Lactic Acid production) produce acids which suppress fungal growth. Antibiotics  killing off these bacteria commonly leaves the territory open for fugal/yeast growth with resulting problems.

been struggling with a thick flaky scalp and i've tried everything from oils to home remedies like vinegar and tea tree oil but nothing seems to work. it itches when i sweat and anti dandruff shampoos don't help either. any solutions?

: Those home remedies very unlikely to be helpful. Sounds like seborrheic dermatitis (or eczema). Check with your doctor for more effective treatment

Infection or fluid: What you are describing are common symptoms of an ear infection or fluid behind the eardrum (which is likely from infection).  This can be viral or bacterial, and your doctor will need to look in your ear to see if antibiotics are needed.  Typically many ear infections are from viruses and do not need antibiotics.

Don't do it: Vaginal douching is never healthy. It will not effectively treat any infection; it often makes infections worse and can lead to even more serious problems. Itching and discharge means an infection that needs medical attention and proper treatment. It could be yeast or an STD, if at risk; and various other causes. Definitely do not use vinegar or anything else in your vagina. See a doctor soon.

Nizoral (ketoconazole) AD: Many people with persistent dandruff find that the shampoo Nizoral (ketoconazole) AD used 2-3 times a week works when other dandruff shampoos do not. Shampoo it in and let it stay in the hair for 5 minutes before washing out. It is expensive but it works for many people.

i have a rash under my armpits, and it is spreading down to my stomach, i am not wearing deodorant and i've been putting vinegar and water on it. i seems to keep it from itching. what medicine should i be taking?

This : This is difficult to answer without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist.  Possibilities include fungal infection, yeast, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis (allergic), and other possibilities. Aother cause: I am sure that you had severe itching but cider vinegar mixed with water is not a cause.  Look for another cause but hopefully this will not occur again.
