Nizoral (ketoconazole) AD: Many people with persistent dandruff find that the shampoo Nizoral (ketoconazole) AD used 2-3 times a week works when other dandruff shampoos do not. Shampoo it in and let it stay in the hair for 5 minutes before washing out. It is expensive but it works for many people.
