Don't do it: Vaginal douching is never healthy. It will not effectively treat any infection; it often makes infections worse and can lead to even more serious problems. Itching and discharge means an infection that needs medical attention and proper treatment. It could be yeast or an STD, if at risk; and various other causes. Definitely do not use vinegar or anything else in your vagina. See a doctor soon.

Risk of acid burn: Vinegar is acetic acid, and is usually not a problem when taken orally. But some mucosal tissues, such as the vagina, could be burned by the acid. You need to consult your PCP or ObGyn regarding what you can use for itching, and why you have a discharge.
