Now if someone else physically ; aggressively shakes your head, this may cause injury to neck and brain, particularly in elderly individuals. A case in point is the brain trauma that occurs in sports with repetitive sudden jars to the head (soccer, football).

No, : No, an adult could not injure their own brain by shaking it.  If you hit your head against something, it could injure it.  An individual could hurt someone elses's head (especially a child) by shaking that person, but you can't do it to yourself.
