vibrating left eyelid.if i close my right eyelid & let the left eye open, i can feel slight vibrate on my view.stress+caffeine or smthing more serious?

Stress: Sounds like stress and or anxiety.  Random twitching of an eyelid, which happens in normal people, is called myokymia (an involuntary, spontaneous, quivering of a few muscle cell bundles within a muscle). Myokymia starts and stops spontaneously. In the eyelids, it can last a few minutes to a few days. Often triggered by stress, dry eyes, caffeine, or lack of sleep.

Ocular irritation: Likely causes of twitching of the eyelid (eyelid myokymia )are related to ocular surface irritation, whether its from dry eyes, eyelid inflammation, allergies, dust, wind, medications, or stress. First trial artificial tears 4-6 times per day. Warm compresses and lid massages may also help. See an eye md if these don't help.

why does my eye pretty vibrate once and a while?

Blepharospasm: If your speaking about a shaking or twitching of the eyelid, this usually occurs secondary to stress, anxiety or lack of sleep. Firm pressure on the twitching muscle for 1-2 minutes can temporarily stop the twitch, but getting more sleep and alleviating stress or anxiety are the better solutions!

Pulsation in the eye: If a thorough eye exam is normal the the vibration is due to normal pulsation of the retinal blood vessels.

Ptosis: Ptosis, or eyelid drooping, has multiple possible causes.  These include aging, neurological conditions, inflammation, and mechanical causes (from something weighing the lid down or residual effects from a previous infection).  It's very important for you to have this evaluated by an ophthalmologist to make sure this isn't a significant condition.

Yes, it can: You probably mean stye and yes, it can.  In fact it usually is inside the lid.  Apply warm compresses as often as you think about it to encourage it to drain, and see a clinic or provider if it doesn't get better soon.

Good for dry skin: Aquaphor is a good product for dry skin.  It not only moisturizes the skin but provides a skin barrier to help with healing.  Try the product sparingly on your dry eyelids if you find no relief in 2-3 weeks or skin worsens then have your primary care provider evaluate the skin for further treament.
