Pulsation in the eye: If a thorough eye exam is normal the the vibration is due to normal pulsation of the retinal blood vessels.

See ophthalmologist: A medical doctor who specializes in the eye (ophthalmologist) should be able to help. If two ophthalmologists can find nothing wrong with your eyes, then it is unlikely to be a serious problem.
