: Suggest you see a neurologist or orthopedic surgeon.  Some causes include issues with long thoracic nerve, dorsal scapular nerve, cervical radiculopathy, or notalgia paresthetica, but shoulder joint problems involving rotator cuff, may be considered.  Be proactive and uncover etiology.

Full stomach?: If you have a full stomach, or if you are badly constipated, when you lie on your stomach it will press against your aorta and into your vertebral column, giving you a feeling of pressure in your back. If you are concerned, your doctor can examine your abdomen.

i have been having really bad pain in the bottom of spine as well as the back of my right hip but today when i had a bowel movement i ended up getting such a pressure in my pelvic area and severe pain in the bottom of spine i had to lay down?

: You probably have pain from acute sacroiliitis (inflammation of the sacroiliac joint). You can take Ibuprofen (advil or motrin) OTC 200 mg x 2-3 tablets every 6 hours as needed with foods if you do not have stomach or kidney problem, for a couple days. If pain persists or recurs often, you should see a rheumatologist.

Thoracic, but...: AnnetteM,

The dermatome distribution to the torso and back is from the thoracic spinal cord. If you were to have damage to a nerve innervating this region, then you would likely have sensory deficits in a "ring" all the way around. For instance, T10 damage would distribute sensory changes around the belly button.

Still, it is important to rule out other pathology that can mimic these symptoms!

To vague for dx: There are far too many conditions or agents that could be linked to this set of symptoms. Rashes usually require eityher great detail in their description or a direct exam to diagnose.  You may need to see a doc if the problem doesn't self heal over a day or two.
