See your gyn physician for an exam, as if the preceding were true, significant risk of more severe infection is possible.

No, but it is a sign: of excessive bleeding and you may be iron deficient. Please consult your doctor to have your hemoglobin checked. Even if you do not do that, it would be prudent to take oral iron supplements available over the counter.
