So take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. Since you had your period this seems very unlikely.

Anovulatory cycle: As you are not pregnant, the most likely problem is that you didn't ovulate last month and had a break thru bleed.  The situation will probably correct itself you resume ovulation.

Meds,OC?: If you are not on medication  that could affect your cycles, no Oral contraceptives ,then you should start with a pregnancy test  wether you practice safe sex or not.If  the pregnancy test is negative then you need a medical evaluation to look for possible hormonal or structural problems.

See your doctor: Changes in menstruation, especially ones that are very different from your norm, warrant a to visit to your doctor. The bright red blood bothers me more than the 10 days. Unless this is something you have had before, i would make an appointment with your doctor sooner rather than later.

Endometriosis?: The combination of painful menstruation combined with irregular bleeding suggests the possibility of endometriosis. Several other c conditions also are possible. Any new, unexplained or abnormal vaginal bleeding or pelvic pain needs medical attetion, and you have both. See a doctor soon. Good luck.

Yes : Implanon now called Nexplanon is one of the most effective methods around.  It is considered to be about 98% effective.  Irregular bleeding is common which can be frustrating but is not harmful.

Well, it either: could be irregular menses/dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) or blood from the bladder possibly associated with a urinary infection. The urinary blood would likely be brighter producing pink-tinged urine, so I'm guessing more like DUB. This results from normal hormonal fluctuations associated with stress, fatigue, illness, medications, etc. If persists, see Doctor for evaluation and testing.

: There is no food which will regulate amount of periods. Eat a healthy diet and drink water . If symptoms persist see a Gyn for cause.
